He prepares his sauces from scratch without the use of wheat, to ensure a greater scope for gluten free diners. And yes, there are vegetarian and keto options as well as gluten free.​ Rachael’s extensive industry experience has created an exclusive wine list of local and New Zealand wines, local beers and locally produced low sugar soft drinks.
